What we offer
New Policy Issuance
After a customer has decided on their goals, we present them with the right options to realise that dream. As experienced LIC policy issuers, you can be assured of the following.
- As we are subject matter expert, we provide customized advise to match customers goals and aspirations.
- Life insurance policies are advisory based products; not off the shelf items. We maximize the returns of our customer based on our continuous learning, knowledge and vast experience.
- We follow proper process and documentation in completing the new policy, to ensure future hassle free claim settlement.
- We assure our customer the necessary service and support to new issued policies, for the life term of the policy.
Manage Existing Policies
As part of servicing our customers, we also take up issues, pay-outs or general management of existing LIC policies that a customer may have purchased by themselves or another advisor. We do not restrict ourselves to new customers, we take pride in supporting and servicing anyone who may need help with LIC related policy matters.
- We provide servicing on new and previous policies to our customers.
- For any LIC customers who are not in touch with their agent, you can reach out to us for any policy servicing need. We ensure that we help them in resolving the issue.
Authorised LIC
Premium Collection
We are authorized by LIC, to collect LIC policy renewal premiums for any LIC policies and issue receipts on behalf of LIC.
Premium can be paid at our office through Cash, Cheque or Demand Draft.
